Roy does the airport transfers.
Dott prepares and cleans the Villa. You will need to leave 40 euros for Dott to clean the villa at the end of your stay.
She can also sort out a welcome pack of Milk, Bread, Etc. Please contact her direct to arrange this.
Pick up your Keys from Roy on your arrival. We will have forwarded your travel details to them.

Inside the villa you will find;

Please be security conscious during your stay
In the evening and when in the villa, Bolt the front door but do not lock the grill, when inside, for escape in an emergency.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE VILLA
Swimming Pool. 25 metres long and Deep. Please respect the pool rules. (Always shower)
We have our own sun loungers at the pool side, bright yellow, plus parasol. All equipment is marked L90. Please leave tidy.
Electric and Water
Will be switched on. The Fuse box is situated behind the front door. Water tap are in the bathroom.
The Bidet tap is very temperamental and might give you a fright when washing your feet. (Isn't that what it's for?)
Cooker.
See the instructions in the top draw. Don't forget to switch the timer on for the oven to work. BE CAREFUL of the hobs as they do stay hot for some time.
TV and Sky
Nobody watches TV on holiday! But if you do. Power on the TV remote, then press the video button (marked with pen). Then on the Sky buttons, power on and select your Channels. Boomerang, Sky Sports,Living, etc.
Bedrooms

The Living room sofa bottom slides out to make another bed that two children could sleep on
There is a double bed in the roof conservatory. It is cool in the evening on the roof and many prefer to sleep here.
Extra bedding etc. is available to the closets. If you want to arrange a change of bed linen etc. please speak to Dott.
Please do not sit on the furniture with sun cream on. Use the sofa throws when possible.
Washing Machine
Temperature dial leave set at 40 degrees.
Other dial is best set on number 4
Press the on button.
Clothes line and pegs on the Sun Roof.
Drains are Spanish! Some occasional bleach down the drain in the Utility area and on the roof won't do any harm.
Shower and Hot Water
The electric boiler is above the fridge. It is modern and automatic. However Spanish boilers are not the biggest in the world and there will only be enough hot water for 2 or 3 quick showers. So if you are reading this make sure you get in first. Tank take about 30 minutes to reheat.
BBQ
Is situated on the Sun roof. Usually there are charcoal and lighter fluid in the utility area. These are also available in all supermarkets. Matches in the kitchen or Utility. PLEASE BE CAREFULL.

Consum Supermarket
400m. Large well stocked. Open 0900 to 2100.
Villa Park III
300m. Several Bars and Café's. Small supermarket. Excellent Chinese and Estate Agents.
Emerald Isle
250m. Swimming pool, Bowls, Children's play area, Bar and Restaurant. Excellent Sunday lunch. A bit like going to the club. Very friendly.
Wicklow Abbey
750m. Bar, restaurant, children's play, tennis. Opposite to supermarket, restaurants and DIY store.
Within 5km
Several other commercial Centres including Villa Parks I, II, IV and V.
Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Villa Martin. Are just some of the area you can walk to for entertainment and services.
Sandy Beaches
The nearest beach is with 5km at Playa Flamenca. You have lots of choice, with several attractive Sandy beaches and coves. Basically head South for 10mins. And take your pick. Other beaches on the coast road to Torrevieja.
Torrevieja
A bus leaves the Consum supermarket every hour.
To drive go past the Consum and down the new road over the speed bumps and down to the roundabout with the metal “Link”. Turn left along the N332. Take the 1 st slip road after only 1km. At the traffic lights go straight over and this will take you into the town centre. Follow the signs for Peurto and park in the car park by the fun fair. From here you can enjoy the Promenade or head to the Church square for shops restaurants etc.
Try the Valor Café , by the Church for Chorros au Chocolat. Or go down the road from the Church to the prom to Dona Chando for Paella and Sea food, where the locals eat.
